What could be better on holiday than a date night with the man of your dreams? While we were in Crete that’s exactly what we did. This was the scene of our honeymoon eleven years earlier. Hersonissos is a beautiful town in Crete where Chris and I spent our lazy days of summer all those years ago. We spent our days lazing on the beach at Anissaras and our nights in Hersonissos.
We hoped to go back and staying in Gouves gave us that very opportunity. We figured out where the bus stops were as we were quite far from the main road. Then we were on our way to anywhere we wished to visit.

We always take lots of pictures as you will know if you read my blog often and my phone has an amazing ability to make slide shows which sometimes come out great. We wanted to revisit our honeymoon destination as it was the thirteenth anniversary of the day we met in October this year and we thought it would be the perfect location to celebrate.
