Chris and I went to Liverpool for New Years Eve and while we were there thought we would take a look around. Everyone in the world has heard of The Beatles and the famous Cavern Club and this just happens to bein Liverpool, round the corner from our hotel actually.
We had to go and have a look around and even have a drink. We were totally excited by the idea of walking in the footsteps of The Beatles. We actually took the Magical Mystery Tour but more on this another time.
The Cavern is down a little side street in Liverpool called Mathew St. As you walk in it looks really dark but what club doesn’t? For those of you who always fancied going it is a MUST DO! The musical history of this place is amazing.
For Beatles fans the feeling of walking around where the Beatles actually walked is amazing.
