The Go To Girls Blog And Her Dreams For The Future.

When I was young I never dared to dream as you may know if you read my blog regularly I never had the best childhood and faced quite a few struggles growing up.  As I have got older through my life changed immeasurably. It is unrecognisable from my early life. I would not even let myself be happy for fear of something bad happening.  Although I still have that fear I do find myself slipping now and again, I awake from my day dreams with a smile on my face.  So I thought I would share some of my dreams for the future with my readers.

I had to think long and hard about this as I am careful with what I wish for.  This is what I came up with a big fat nothing!!  Why don’t I have any dreams?  What is the matter with me?  I sat for ages thinking about this and then it dawned on me.   I don’t have any dreams because I’ve already fulfilled them all.   I started thinking of all the things I would have dreamed of when I  was a little girl and this is what I came up with.

I just wanted to be loved.

I wanted to have a family.

I wanted a place I could call home.

I wanted to feel safe.

That was it!! ( I never said it was going to be a big list)

Finally I came up with one thing I dream of now I have all of the important things.

I want to be a writer.

Then I realised!!!!

I already am???

Wow who would have thought but writing a blog and so much poetry I am already a writer.

Well that’s me done then.

Now I need to start on a new dream list.

I will be back with another post when I have a good long hard think about this.

It is after all very important to have dreams.
