Well thankfully it is Friday. It has been a tiring week as usual at work.
Its kind of like having two jobs having a full time job and working on my blog up to seven or so hours a day. There is so much to do. Writing the posts, keeping up with all of the comments I am lucky enough to be sent, sorting out all of my social media post. The thing is I love doing it and I am slowly building something amazing.
My husband is a great help and between us The Go To Girls Blog is going places. Finally it is the weekend and we get at least a couple of hours to just relax. I will let you into an embarrassing secret but don’t tell anyone!! Chris and I on a rainy Sunday afternoon usually relax by watching a Columbo marathon! If you don’t know what Columbo is, it is the best old detective show ever made and it you have not seen it, treat yourself and check him out on YouTube!
Well that’s enough of our secrets for today!

First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear
your head before writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any

Hi thanks for reaching out it can sometimes be a nightmare but I always carry a pen and paper everywhere I go and everything I think no matter how big or small day or in the middle of the night I write it down. I collect pages of notes every day then when I am ready to write I simply look through them and pick an idea from the notes I have made throughout the day/week/month. It is amazing how much comes to you when you least expect it. Give it a go you might surprise yourself. xx please let me know how you get on. I will help if I can.
With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of
completely unique content I’ve either created myself
or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my
permission. Do you know any ways to help stop content from being
ripped off? I’d truly appreciate it.
Hi Unfortunately unless you are willing to take legal action on everyone who plagiarised your work there is not a lot you can do about it. You could if you wish to make contact with the site containing your work and ask them to either give your work credit to you or remove it. I recently had some photos used in my local paper. When i emailed them to ask for the piece to be added with my name for credit they were more than happy to do this and now use my photos on a regular basis. I would for now take it as a compliment that people think enough of the work you are producing to plagiarise it and moving forward if you have the time and the means consider taking legal action. I have found my work all over the web but for now am using it as free advertising for my work. I hope this helps, let me know how you get on. x
